"HARLEY-DAVIDSON CAEN CONTEST"

From Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to Monday, July 20, 2026

Article 1 – Game Organization


The company ASPHALT SPIRIT, a Limited Liability Company (SARL), with its registered office at 941 Boulevard Charles Cros – ZAC Objectifs Sud, 14123 IFS, France, registered with the Caen Trade and Companies Register under number 430 434 035, represented by its manager Mr. Cyril Yohan René Ragot,


is organizing a contest with purchase obligation titled:


"HARLEY-DAVIDSON CAEN CONTEST"


accessible on the official website:

www.harley-davidson-caen.com

Article 2 – Game Duration


The game runs from:


  • Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 00:01 AM
  • To Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM inclusive


(French connection date and time serving as proof).


Any participation registered outside this period will be considered null and void.

Article 3 – Conditions of Participation


The game is open to any legally capable adult natural person, residing worldwide, without geographical restriction.


Participation is strictly personal, nominative, and non-transferable.


The following are expressly excluded from participation:

  • employees of the organizing company,
  • members of their direct family,
  • any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the conception, organization, management, or execution of the game.


Any participation not complying with the conditions of these rules will be canceled without possibility of claim.

Article 4 – Participation Methods with Purchase Obligation


Participation in the game is by purchasing eligible products exclusively on the website: www.harley-davidson-caen.com


Eligible products and participation rights:


  • T-shirt at €34.90 incl. VAT → 1 participation
  • Sweatshirt (hoodie) at €59.90 incl. VAT → 2 participations
  • Down jacket at €59.90 incl. VAT → 2 participations


Delivery fees, which vary according to the destination country, are added to the indicated prices.


Each participation is automatically recorded in a secure computer file, intended for the prize draw.


Any incomplete, erroneous, or fraudulent contact information will result in the immediate cancellation of participation.

Article 4 bis – Free Participation without Purchase Obligation


In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to contests with purchase obligation, any person meeting the conditions of Article 3 can participate in the game without purchase obligation.


Free participation is exclusively by postal mail, by handwritten letter addressed to:

The letter must imperatively contain:

  • a handwritten letter, legible,
  • explicit mention of the request to participate in the "HARLEY-DAVIDSON CAEN CONTEST",
  • the participant's last name, first name, complete postal address, email address, and telephone number,
  • a sworn statement attesting that the participant is an adult and unreservedly accepts these rules,
  • a copy of a valid identity document.


Any incomplete, illegible, collective, photocopied, typewritten letter or letter sent outside the game period will be considered void.


Each free participation request grants one (1) single participation, which cannot be combined.


Letters must be sent no later than July 20, 2026 (postmark serving as proof).


Postage fees will be reimbursed upon simple request, based on the current economic postal rate, within a maximum period of 60 days, upon presentation of a bank account statement (RIB) in the participant's name.

Article 5 – Draw and Winner(s) Designation


The winner(s) are designated from all participants at the end of the game.


The draw is conducted by the organizing company. The winner(s) are then authenticated by the company Fidealis SAS – Dépôt Jeux, 320, rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris (contact@fidealis.com), which draws up an official report accessible upon simple request from the organizing company as well as on the official dealership website: www.harley-davidson-caen.com


The draw will take place within a maximum of 15 calendar days after the closing of the game or after reaching the trigger thresholds defined in Article 6.


A main winner and a substitute will be designated for each prize.

Article 6 – Prizes and Trigger Thresholds


Prize 1 – Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST (threshold: 3,000 items sold)


As soon as the first 3,000 T-shirts and/or hoodies are sold, a draw is organized for the attribution of the following prize:


  • Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST with accessories
  • Indicative value: €25,000 incl. VAT


Prize 2 – Harley-Davidson Street Bob (threshold: 4,000 items sold)


If the total sales reach 4,000 items, a second draw is organized for an additional prize:


  • Harley-Davidson Street Bob
  • Indicative value: €17,000 incl. VAT


The winner of Prize 2 will have an exclusive option right and must choose between:

  • Keeping the Harley-Davidson Street Bob (value: €17,000)
  • Opting for a Mini (value: €15,000), delivered under the same conditions


The winner must express their choice in writing within 7 calendar days following official notification of their win. Failing to respond, the prize will be deemed refused and awarded to the substitute.


Automatic closing on July 20, 2026


Regardless of sales progress, the game ends no later than Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The draw(s) are then carried out based on the registered participations, provided that the threshold(s) have been reached.


Vehicle unavailability


In the event that one or both designated vehicles are no longer available, for whatever reason (out of stock, end of production, accident, etc.), the affected winner may choose a vehicle of equivalent value from the official Harley-Davidson Caen dealership (ASPHALT SPIRIT).

Article 7 – Prize Delivery and Costs to be Borne by the Winner


Vehicles are made available exclusively at:

941 Boulevard Charles Cros – ZAC Objectifs Sud – 14123 IFS, France

It is up to the winner to travel at their own expense to collect their prize. No coverage of transportation, travel, or accommodation costs is provided.


All costs related to the collection, registration, insurance, technical inspection, and commissioning of the vehicle are the exclusive responsibility of the winner.


Prizes are not exchangeable, refundable, or modifiable, subject to the provisions of Article 6 concerning the option right for Prize 2.

Article 8 – Liability


The organizing company cannot be held responsible for:

  • Internet connection problems or technical failures beyond its control,
  • interruptions or disruptions of the website,
  • the use of the prize by the winner after delivery.


The technical inspection of the vehicle, when required by the regulations in force in the winner's country, is the exclusive responsibility of the latter.

The official report of the draw established by Fidealis SAS – Dépôt Jeux is also accessible upon simple request or online on the dealership's website.

Article 10 – Deposit and Modifications


These rules are filed with Fidealis SAS – Dépôt Jeux, 320, rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris – contact@fidealis.com. Any modification will be subject to an amendment filed and published under the same conditions.

Article 11 – Claims


Any claim must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after the announcement of the winner(s), by email to: concours@harley-davidson-caen.com


No claim relating to the interpretation of these rules will be admissible after this deadline.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property


Any reproduction or exploitation of the elements of the game (visuals, texts, trademarks) without prior written authorization from the organizing company is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 – Right to Image


Participants accept, by their participation, that the organizing company may use their last name, first name, and image for communication purposes related to the game, without financial compensation.

Article 14 – Personal Data


Personal data collected within the framework of this game is processed exclusively for the needs of organizing the game, and for designating and notifying the winners.

They are kept for a maximum period of 6 months after the close of the game, then deleted, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).


In accordance with current regulations, participants have a right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data, by sending their request to the address above.

Article 15 – Disputes


These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the organizing company's registered office (Caen, France).
